Jacob Gomez the new fresh face of fashion

  Attending at NYFW ,FDLA we had the pleasure to meet one of the fresh new faces in fashion Jacob Gomez

-Who is Jacob 

Jadon is hope and perseverance, he started as an actor and model on the Colombian news show Caracol TV and expanded his career by coming to the United States to learn English, but his life took an unexpected turn when he got the opportunity to be an international model from a Venezuelan designer, since then he continues with his passionate career as a model on the runways of the United State! He is 21 anf ready to take the world stage of fashion by storm 

-How did it feel walking in NYFW for the first time? Was it everything you expected?

I feel like I’m dreaming, I couldn’t believe that after so much hard work I finally achieved my goal of participating in the New York Fashion Week

-What was the most memorable moment from your experience on the runway?

It was the applause of the people that filled my heart, it was what I needed at that time, I loved every moment!

-What was it like working with the designers and creative teams behind the scenes?

It was super intense, everything had to be fast and the designers’ dedication to doing their best work with the garments in such a short time was incredible

-What advice would you give to aspiring models preparing for their first major runway show?

Do not give up, no matter what difficulties you happen in the long way you will always have your reward

-After walking in such a major event, what are your next goals or projects in the fashion world?

My next project is to get my talent visa to continue with my dream as a model and actor in this beautiful industry and possibly register as Mister Florid! I appreciate the support of the people and I am pleased to tell you that this is only the beginning of something even bigger
